I’ve been practicing yoga & meditation for over 10 years, and teaching for 7 years. I qualified as a Budokon instructor in Miami and went on to study many styles which I incorporate in class.
I run worldwide retreats in beautiful, dreamy locations. I’m also a qualified children’s Yoga teacher.
