I am a Yoga Alliance qualified RajadhiRaja Yoga Teacher.

I’ve been into movement since I was 5, when my Mum took me to after school gymnastics to get rid of my always-on-the-move nature.

I ended up dancing, which I do now at a semi-professional level, and in 2014 I discovered Yoga and found myself practicing twice per day.

Being true to myself, I found an online Rajadhiraja Teacher Course. I chose it for my own personal discovery and have since pursued Yoga full time to share my knowledge.

Expanding the mind and self-awareness, ditching insecurities and recognising tendencies of the mind and taking them under control are a paramount for me.

My mission is to accompany people to their wellbeing journey, both physically and energetically.

My classes will make you feel relaxed but energised, lighter but grounded. Harmonised, centred, motivated, full of positivity, and challenged.

My classes are Rajadhiraja Yoga based, so they will impact your hormones to get them balanced.
