I am Jenni, a Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer with a big passion for running and the outdoors.

I love my job and I’m passionate about inspiring people to move in a mindful, positive way, using movement to feel good, both physically and mentally.

I am a northern lass with a love for adventure and have recently moved to the beautiful Lake District to enjoy more of the outdoors!

My classes are a mix of power Yoga, restorative Yoga and strength training.

I also combine these with cardio and strength building, too.

If you want to ‘work’ hard, I have a class for that, and if you need more of a restorative class, I have that, too!

I encourage my students to listen to their body and move in a way that works for them on the day.
