I’ve practiced Yoga for 7 years. I qualified as an Ashtanga Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga teacher in Mysuru, India and as a Yin instructor in the UK.

I’m also a Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer, Mindset Coach & Meditation Facilitator.

My personal practice built my confidence; mentally & physically, it helped me step out of my comfort zone, to push boundaries.

I want to help you be the best version of yourself, to find peace in your mind & body and for that to filter out into the world around you.

I have a style for all. I like to use the body as a point of focus for the mind.

Seated meditation is hard, so using movement as a point of focus makes the whole practice a moving meditation, building strength & flexibility in the body, and also the mind.

I like to release and judgements and self-imposed expectations to allow your mind & body to find a practice you can grow within, taking what you learn on the mat out into every day life to aid against the anxieties and stresses of life.
