I have been teaching group fitness classes for 20 years.

Starting in my home country in Hungary, I then worked as a fitness coach on cruise ships and eventually settled in London.

I am also a qualified Personal Trainer & Level 4 Strength & Conditioning coach.

I have been working as a Master Trainer, Fitness tutor and Assessor, training up new instructors!

I tailor for all levels as I always give modifications and keep an eye on technique.
