Hi, I’m Lee and I’ve been actively working in the fitness industry for 7 years now.

My training background has moulded nicely into a balance of functional strength training and conditioning; training to move well, lift well and feel even better.

Having the ability to make people feel more positive both physically and mentally gives me a huge sense of fulfilment and I pride myself on achieving this with thousands of people through classes taught and personal training sessions.

Each week, I will be guiding you through 4 classes, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with a mixture of strength, conditioning and all round good energy!
