Hi guys!

My name’s Tink, I’m a professional dancer/ teacher currently based in London, and I’m qualified as a Personal Trainer.

Specialising in “Heels”, I’ve taught women of all ages, shapes, sizes & abilities to feel confident, sexy & most importantly to love what they see in the mirror without judgement.

Teaching women to love the skin they’re in AND being a personal trainer may seem a little contradictory BUT I want to bring a more nurturing & holistic approach to the fitness industry.

Dance & exercise go hand in hand, but my approach to fitness is different than most within the industry.

We’ll be working up a sweat because we want to feel good & strong both mentally and physically! The aesthetics of losing weight & toning up will only be an added bonus because the FOCUS is on moving our bodies out of love and not guilt.

In my heels classes is where the sexiness takes over. We’ll be getting in our feels on a weekly basis & I cannot wait to dance with you all!
