The Movement Method was designed to bring Yoga to you.

From first timers to advanced Yogi Bears, I welcome everyone to my classes with open arms and friendly smile.

After completing my 200h Yoga Teacher Training I knew that I wanted to make Yoga accessible for everyone, wherever you might be and whatever your experience.

Together we will combine movement & breath, we will explore new flows and overcome challenges with confidence and strength.

As an online studio, The Movement Method is accessible to everyone all around the world – grab your mat, find some space on the floor or practice in the park – let’s do some Yoga!

My aim is for you to leave my classes feeling healthier, happier and proud of what you achieved. Through friendly & welcoming classes I will help you get the most out of your time on the mat.
