At 15, I started learning the family trade – Stone Masonry. It required a lot of strength, so I would work out at every opportunity.

I discovered I LOVE training; fast forward 25 years, I’m still in love with fitness!

I turned my passion into more than a hobby with Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer qualifications.

Achieving new fitness goals keeps me sane, and having a fitness routine has worked wonders for my mental health. I’m a big believer that a healthy body equals a healthy mind!

You’ll be surprised how much you can achieve in a short time! By attending a few 30 minute sessions a week, my members notice a huge improvement in their overall fitness.

My classes can help you burn fat, increase strength & improve stamina, whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned fitness fanatic.
