Hello beautiful people!

My name is Taylah but you can call me Tay! I have been a personal trainer for 2 years. Having worked in boutique studios across London, I know how to bring the vibe to a workout.

I have a passion for group fitness in particular and have been teaching zoom sessions for almost a year now. I strive to bring a sense of community to my sessions and hope that you finish each session feeling positive and ready for the day ahead.

My classes are designed to challenge you and take you to a level that you didn’t know you were capable of. I strongly believe that music can make or break your workout and that is why every session will be accompanied by a unique playlist to get you in the zone.

Joining the squad involves you having access to our Facebook group where we have created a strong community of like minded people, offering support along your physical and mental journey. Training with me is more than just a workout.

What equipment do I need?

Dumbbells / Kettlebell or just a heavy-ish weight that you can find! You can still perform the exercises with just your bodyweight too.

How do I cancel?

You can do this at any time by visiting your “Member Account” and cancelling your membership there.

It’s amazing what 7 months of consistently training with you can do, it’s honestly changed my life and attitude towards exercising. Showing me I can get it done in 30 minutes and that’s enough. So chuffed.
