Hello, I’m Tanya! Your yoga journey with me starts here.
I’m a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, specialising in Vinyasa & Yin Yoga. I decided to teach so I can share the benefits of Yoga with others. My philosophy is that it’s important to work on yourself both inside & out.
I like yoga as it allows you to work on strength and toning, but it also makes you resilient and calm. I practice daily to keep myself balanced and fit. In my classes, I’ll teach you how to keep that balance in your life.
I teach 3 classes per week, covering both Yin and Yang styles of Yoga. We will work on:
Flexibility and strength
Stress control and release
Mindful movement and breathing
Meditation
I insist on “Yogi’s Choice”, which means there are options/levels for the poses, so you can choose how much to push yourself or just use the time to focus on breathing and movement.
