I’m Giorgia, a Personal Trainer, Flexibility Coach, Pole & Aerial Instructor.

I was always an active child:Gymnastics, Swimming, Dance, Volleyball. My parents were fitness trainers, so I grew up around the gym. It became a place of motivation, hard work & friendship.

I’ve been working in Fitness since 2017. My qualifications include Cycling (YMCA), Flexibility (Spin City), Classique Certification (Pole Dance Academy) & L3 PT (Premier NASM).

I love seeing you empowered & energised after class!

I offer 3 classes per week focused on flexibility & strength.

Get strong & sweaty with Tone Up & Sculpt; work on stamina, muscle endurance, strength & ability to push over your limits!

In Flexi Spine we focus on backbends and shoulder, neck & spine mobility. With Flexi Legs, we focus on Front Splits & Box Splits.
