Where it all started…

I’ve always had a love for ballet since the age of 3; the feeling of flying is something that can’t be compared. Yoga has a similar feeling, but allows you the strengthen your wings.

In 2020, I trained as a Yoga Instructor and created Steren Studios, creating my space to give others their wings to fly.

Ballet & Yoga were there for me at my lowest. Yoga makes you feel strong & powerful, to listen to your body and just breathe.

Yoga, Dance and Meditation is for everyone.

Steren Studios is an online space, for you to feel free, loved and strong. With classes for all levels, there is room to wobble, fall and grow.

This platform is the perfect safe space for you to create the best version of yourself. So take some time out of your day either live or in demand, and allow yourself to feel free.
