Hey everyone! My name’s Laura. I’m a Pilates instructor / nutrition nut who cares a lot about food, mood & movement!

I created SPACE for those who need an encouraging nudge; a space to motivate & cultivate physical strength, mental strength & resilience.

I’ve taught individuals of all levels, who have taken part for a host of different reasons.

I adore the sense of community that Pilates brings with it and I can’t wait for you to join ours!

With an MSc in Nutrition, Pilates combines my passion for nutrition, movement & mental health; three interconnected pillars that each has a ripple effect on the other.

Pilates is for all bodies & abilities; I give variations & progressions for your individual level.
