I’ve been teaching yoga, body works & mindfulness for over 4 years.

For me, Yoga is about giving you the tools to manage your own health, happiness & wellness, be that on a physical, mental or emotional level.

I’ll be honest, I never thought yoga would be for me! I enjoyed weight training, cross fit and pushing my body to its limits.

I was never a mindful person – more Mind FULL – but Yoga helped me find a mental & physical strength, flexibility, peace & resilience I never thought possible.

I have experience in different styles of Yoga including Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga for health care and Suspension/TRX Yoga.

I pride myself on delivering a relaxed and fun teaching style that combines movement and mindfulness to encourage not only strength and flexibility, but self belief and self acceptance.

No matter the class and no matter your mood, together we move past whatever problems come our way and look instead for purpose, potential and possibility.
