Hi! My name is Sasha.
Yoga came into my life when I was 9 years old and a teacher set up an after-school yoga class where we would take our mats to the library and learn about movement and meditation.
This completely transformed the way I looked at life. It taught me that everything we do can be a form of meditation, and how well-being is much more than just fitness. This encouraged me to become a Yoga Teacher and Natural Healer in 2019.
Through breath, movement, and meditation, these classes are focused on helping you to discover an intimate relationship with your own body and mind.
With Yoga flows inspired by Vinyasa and Abode Yoga, these practices will help to build strength, flexibility, and confidence in your body.
Using the power of the breath, we will cultivate freedom in the body and mind, giving you tools to bring light and joy into your practice and beyond the mat.
