Hi, I’m Natalie and I’m a fully insured and qualified Personal Trainer, with first class BA honours in exercise, nutrition and health.

I have experience both in the UK and overseas and I have a passion for good music and dance. Whether it be for fun, competitive, as well as more recently, teaching!

HIIT: A full body HIIT workout mixing weights with cardio and body weight exercises.
