I have been a Personal Trainer for 8 years.

I trained in Pilates for 7 years, holding Circuit and Pilates classes in my local area until 4 years ago when I opened my own gym/studio, where I offer individual PT’s, small circuit classes & core classes.

I completed my 200 yoga teacher training in October 2020, following up with a meditation course completed in March 2021.

I have always been into fitness & pride myself on being creative with my workouts, incorporating combination moves where possible.

My classes are fun!

They are never the same; I like to change it up, adding that surprise factor so you will never get bored.
