I am a chartered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping client’s achieve their rehabilitation goals.

I am also a certified Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga instructor, and I completed my training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

Located in Bandon clinic, my mission is to help you regain function and improve your overall quality of life.

As an energetic and passionate Pilates instructor, therapeutic yoga instructor and physiotherapist, I aim to help client’s reach their goals.

I have a special interest in the rehabilitation of spinal pain and athletic performance, and I incorporate some of the rehabilitation and injury prevention principles into my classes.

In my enjoyable classes, you can expect to improve on your body’s overall strength, flexibility and function to help all aspects of your daily life.
