Hey everyone! I’m Sammie, from Portsmouth UK. I am a fully qualified PT and class instructor with a background being a professional dancer.
I have ALWAYS had a passion for moving my body and feeling good, although I have struggled with my my weight/eating disorders in the past.
I know exactly how it feels to not feel comfortable in my own skin and this is why my biggest goal is to help as many people as I can feel healthy, fit, strong, sexy, worthy, beautiful… and most of all HAPPY.
With me you will find a whole array of classes, a huge thing of mine is really feeling that mind muscle connection – so you aren’t just going through the motions but getting the most out of what you put in.
The classes range from bodyweight HIIT, stretch, full body weighted workouts and specific muscle group workouts.
These classes are for EVERYBODY – I always give alternatives, as fitness is for everyone! We all start somewhere – take those breathers when you need, but don’t give up!
