Instructor Profile
Hi guys ! I'm Ruby, a personal trainer of 4 years based in Hertfordshire. Before personal training I trained as a professional dancer at musical theatre college, I went on to be a professional dancer in Egypt for a year. I have always had a passion for dancing and fitness from a young age. Since being in the fitness industry I have completed a 10K, won a women's bikini show and I am now really looking forward to starting my new adventure with Classify.com.
My classes are built to push your body to that next level, I want you to feel the burn and see the results. I can promise you with my weekly timetable you will be hitting every body part with conditioning, as well as testing your cardiovascular fitness with HIIT Style training. My classes are inclusive for everybody to access no matter what your fitness ability, I would love to build a community of people that share the same enthusiasm and passion for exercising at home!
A little bit about my classes:
Full body conditioning This class will be a range of full body resistance exercises using weights and bodyweight. You will need a mat and dumbbells (or any small weights you have!).
HIIT This is a sweaty cardio class that will challenge your cardiovascular fitness, you will need a mat and a sweat towel!
Lower Body Burn We will isolate all the lower body muscles with resistance based exercises, working legs and glutes finishing with a lower body burn out! You will need some either dumbbells/barbell or a kettlebell plus a mat.
Upper Body Burn Upper body will be controlled movements hitting all those muscles to leave you feeling strong and toned! You will need a pair of small hand weights and a mat.
Wake up and stretch Your body has been working hard! It is important to take the time to rest and stretch the muscles, this will help with your mobility and give you better performance in all the other workouts. You will only need a mat.
Super Sweat Saturdays Another HIIT Style workout using bodyweight only, start the weekend feeling high on those happy endorphins! You will need a mat and sweat towel!
