My yoga journey began 5 years ago. After a long-suffering relationship with running, my knees & I agreed it was time to take a different approach to physical health; we opted for yoga.

Feeling an immediate improvement in my physical & mental well-being, I decided to share the benefits of yoga with others.

I was incredibly lucky to do my training with The Yoga People in India.

I’m grateful to this country for allowing the ancient tradition of yoga to be introduced & practiced in the West.

Yoga encourages a deeper connection to ourselves.

When we’re focused on breath and have an awareness of our body, we begin to let go of everyday distractions, giving ourselves more fully to the present moment.

Yoga is as much a mental exercise as a physical one. I believe in creating a moving meditation, building strength & flexibility, while keeping things playful and fun!
