I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2015, and I’ve worked with many populations in a musculoskeletal setting since.

My areas of interest are the upper limb (elbow, wrist & hand primarily) and hypermobility spectrum disorders.

I decided to do my Pilates Training to compliment my physiotherapy training, and I completed it with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute at the end of 2020.

As a healthcare professional, I’m passionate about helping people get to where they want in life.

I see a lot of injuries and pain that could be prevented by maintaining a good exercise routine.

Strength exercise is such an important thing for everyone, and most of us are missing out on it!

That’s why Pilates appeals to me, as it is a way for people to access this form of exercise easily, without needing all the fancy equipment!

My classes are suitable for anyone and everyone, and will be at a level where you will feel confident participating in your own home.
