Hey everyone! My name is Abby, but you can call me Abz 🙂
My passion is all things movement, particularly Pilates & Dance!
Previously a professional dancer, I’m now dedicated to sharing my experience of technique, posture & body control with my Pilates community!
Movement is beautiful; our bodies are capable of anything we put our mind to. I’m so passionate about encouraging people to take time for themselves and exercise the mind & body. I’m keen to learn from my experiences & my clients!
I do 4 different focused sessions which alternate. Week 1 will be All about Abs – a core focused workout on Wednesday – and Full Body – an energising workout on Sunday.
Week 2 will be Booty Burn – lower body focus class on Wednesday – and Relax & Unwind on Sunday!
My mid-week sessions are there for you to get your fix of toning and strengthening the focus areas, and the weekend class will be a longer all-round workout leaving you feeling energised and ready for your day!
