I started in health & fitness as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist.

As an exercise specialist, I saw referrals from a chiropractic practice, which introduced me to Pilates. I’ve been teaching Pilates for 20 years, always learning from studies in bio-mechanics.

Pilates is measured, very effective and can be adapted to suit everyone. As a Pilates teacher, I see my clients change their strength, mobility & capability – it makes such a noticeable, positive impact on their lives!

My Pilates classes are varied in order to keep the mind & body interested!

We do different routines, using different pieces of equipment. All classes work without equipment, so don’t worry if you don’t have any!

I always layer exercises, starting off with a more gentle version of the movement and, as we go through repetitions, I offer options to challenge, either in strength or range of motion. You always use the version that you feel happy with, meaning classes are suitable for everyone!
