Instructor Profile
Hello, I'm Paula.
I've been teaching Mat & Reformer Pilates for 20 years, first qualifying with Stott Pilates Canada then later with Body Control London and MBodies Oxford; helping people to regain their strength and fitness, working alongside clients from Professional athletes to clients with health concerns and lower back pain.
My passion for the industry has not changed in all that time, my attention to detail and caring nature wants you to achieve your goals. When we feel fitter we feel more in control of our lives and regain a spring in our step. I'm especially interested in Women's Health as I sometimes think it is over-looked.
The classes throughout the week will give you an overall program but each class can also be a 'stand alone' class to enjoy. We will work hard but there are always options and 'preps' to exercises, so if you are a beginner, don't you worry.
I am also a Sports Therapist so I understand the body from an injury point of view too which brings an added dimension into the class and so I can make suggestions and adapt workouts to suit.
Each week in our wonderful community I will bring you 5 classes plus bonus 'how to' videos and anything else I think may work for you.

Your membership will give you access to all live classes by Paula each week. All live classes are available on demand for 2 weeks after recording, so if you can’t make the live class, you can catch up later that day.

What Equipment Will I Need?
Live Class Times
Monday 8.00am Full Body Conditioning – Lower The Impact (45 mins)
This class is usually with weights or bands, we will work and challenge every muscle group.
Tuesday 8.00am Pilates Flow (30 mins)
We will energise and bring a connection between the mind and the body during this class.
Wednesday 8.00am Weighted Lower Body (30 mins)
Workout with weights or bands – targeting the lazy glutes, can also be a Barre class.
Thursday 7.00pm Pilates Stretch & Relaxation (45 mins)
This class will release and deeply stretch the body bringing balance to mind and body.
Friday 8.00am Pilates with Props (30 mins)
On the mat, using small equipment a progressive class that will challenge different aspects whether balance, co-ordination, core control and strength.
