I have been a Level 3 Personal Trainer for 5 years.

I am qualified in exercise referral, post and antenatal exercises and group spin cycling.

I’m also currently doing diploma’s in Nutrition and Sports Massage, and completing my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification.

I have been involved in sports from a young age via marathons and Gaelic football. Currently I’m competing in Bodybuilding in the Physique category!

I have a passion for fitness and I enjoy helping people improve their fitness, whether that be in classes or through 121 training.

I’m enthusiastic, motivated and no classes are the same! Once you have done one of my classes, you will definitely return for more.
