I have been personal training for over a year, and I’ve been a ballet teacher for 5 years.

I am a professional dancer and that’s what feeds my passion for great technique and movement.

I am a Level 3 PT and I’m qualified to train pre and post natal women. I also have a BA(hons) Degree in Professional Dance and Performance.

Training like a dancer gets you strong, improves your stamina and gives you an athletic look.

All these things make you look and feel amazing. All of that can happen while enjoying your training!
