Hi, I’m Nathan! I have been in the Health & Fitness industry for over 15 years.

I have helped hundreds of people to transform their lives by breaking free from feeling unfit, to having an abundance of energy, and feeling their best!

If you feel like you don’t have time to exercise, or don’t know where to start, then this is the membership for you. Transform your body and mindset without making a huge time commitment.

The HIIT sessions are a balance of core, cardio, upper body and lower-body exercises, using bodyweight, kettlebell and resistances.

This whole body approach gains muscle tone and increases your fitness. 1 session a week will be more relaxing and low-impact.

This will include: Pilates level 3, kinetic chain, breathing techniques, stretches and PNF stretches. These will help keep your body supple and reduce stress levels.
