Hi, I'm Nathan!

I have been in the Health & Fitness industry for over 15 years. I have helped hundreds of people to transform their lives by breaking free from feeling unfit, to having an abundance of energy, and feeling their best!

I have created this membership for men and women who feel they don’t have time for self-care. It’s for those who are sometimes overwhelmed in their day-to-day.

Classes Include:

  •  HIIT Full Body Cardio
  •  HIIT Kettlebell Sessions
  •  Resistance training with Resistance Bands, Dumbbells + Kettlebells
  •  Bodyweight HIIT Sessions
  •  Enhanced Full Body Pilates/Stretch Session - ideal for desk workers!

The HIIT sessions are a balance of core, cardio, upper body and lower-body exercises, using bodyweight, kettlebell and resistances. This whole body approach gains muscle tone and increases your fitness.

1 session a week will be more relaxing and low-impact. This will include: Pilates level 3, kinetic chain, breathing techniques, stretches and PNF stretches. These will help keep your body supple and reduce stress levels.

The live classes will be on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm and Fridays at 5pm (U.K. time)

You will also have access to the video replays on demand for 14 days, so if the time doesn't work for you, you can catch watch the videos back at your own pace.

When Can I Sign Up?

Doors open on 20th January and the first class takes place on 1st February.

Your membership will give you access to all live classes by this instructor each week. All live classes are available on demand for a week after recording, so if you can’t make the live class, you can catch up later that day.

What Equipment Will I Need?
Medium sized dumbbells, a resistance band and/or a kettlebell
Live Class Times

Monday 8.00am (30 minutes): Office Workers Desk Stretch Class

A combination of Pilates, Yoga & PNF stretches.

Monday 5.30pm (45 minutes): HIIT Kettlebell

Start the week with a HIIT Kettlebell session as a whole body approach workout.

Tuesday 6.00pm (45 minutes): Bodyweight HIIT Cardio Chaos

This class will be totally different every week, it’s aimed to get you sweaty and BURN calories but also we will have fun with it.

Wednesday 5.30pm (30 minutes): HIIT Resistance vs. Cardio Session

This session could use a combination of resistance bands/ Dumbbells or a Kettlebell.

Thursday 6.00pm (45 minutes): Bodyweight HIIT Cardio Chaos

This class will be totally different every week, it’s aimed to get you sweaty and BURN calories but also we will have fun with it.

Friday 5.00pm (45 minutes): Friday Finisher 

High intensity full body beasting . . . we’ll work really hard in this class, ready for a weekend of rest.
