Hi, I’m Natalie and I’m a fully insured and qualified Personal Trainer, with first class BA honours in exercise, nutrition and health.
I have experience both in the UK and overseas and I have a passion for good music and dance. Whether it be for fun, competitive, as well as more recently, teaching!

There are many excuses we can come up with after a busy day, but no matter how tired or down you feel, I can guarantee you will leave class feeling GOOD and relieved of any stress! For me, this is my main motivation for exercise. For you, exercise might be the only time you get to yourself. Find your reason for exercise and you'll find your motivation!
Motivation Mondays:
A short 30 minute questions & answers session to check in, keep you on track & set you up for the week ahead! Use this time to find out anything you need regarding your Health/Fitness/Nutrition goals!
Clubbercise:
Simple & fun dance workout, to classic club hits up to the latest dance anthems, in a darkened room with disco lights and glowsticks! No Heels, no hangovers!
Legs, Bums & Tums:
A fun fitness class using both cardio and body weight exercises to help you trim, tighten and tone up the legs, bums and tums!
Stretch & Relax:
Low impact strengthening exercises and stretches. The main focus is core strength, balance and posture. This class is great for mind-body awareness and stress relief.
Trim & Tone (Low):
A full body workout to music, using both low impact cardio and body weight exercises, to help you trim, tighten and tone up any problematic areas you may have!
Trim & Tone HIIT:
A full body HIIT workout mixing weights with cardio and body weight exercises, to help you trim, tighten and tone up any problematic areas you may have!
