I currently have a years experience as a coach, bringing a fresh new energy to the fitness industry.

There is a community feel within the sessions which carries over to the Facebook group with everyone driving each other to keep going, even when it’s tough.

The classes are created to push you but also educate, to provide you with the tools to understand why we do what we do.
