Welcome to my page, I’m Mason!

I have been a personal trainer for over 3 years now and absolutely love helping people become the fittest, strongest, healthiest and happiest versions of themselves both physically and mentally! I have been active from a very young age, growing up playing football and love the feeling of being part of a team, a community, where everybody is working together and motivating each other to achieve a specific goal.

I am passionate about making fitness accessible for everyone and teaching people that you don’t NEED anything other than your body and a positive attitude to complete an amazing workout! Whether it’s focusing on time under tension and making your muscles work and grow, or if it’s just about burning as many calories as you can in half an hour – Let me show you how! My classes will have options for different exercises based on ability and current fitness level so that everyone can take part!
