Hi Guys! I’m Lucy but my nickname is Puffin hence the name ‘Team Puffin’.

I’ve been teaching classes and coaching since 2007. I am a Pro Natural Figure and Fitbody Competitor and I have represented the UK at the World Championships on numerous occasions.

I can’t wait for you to join my Team Puffin community and get to know you better.

We leave no body part unworked every week. You will get fitter and stronger.

Each class is either 30 or 45 minutes. I’ll give lower impact options if you need them – it’s your workout so you’re in control.

I like to finish each session on a high but we’ll warm up and cooldown together and I’ll play some pumping tunes to help you work hard and have fun.

On Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings we’ll use some light – medium heavy dumbbells for our full body dumbbell sweat sesh.
