Instructor Profile

Hi Guys! I’m Lucy but my nickname is Puffin hence the name ‘Team Puffin’. I’ve been teaching classes and coaching since 2007. I am a Pro Natural Figure and Fitbody Competitor and I have represented the UK at the World Championships on numerous occasions.

I’d love for you to join my community here on Class-ify.

What's included in your Class-ify Membership?

  • 10 live and on-demand classes each week
  • Classes include: 3 different styles of HIIT session, a martial arts inspired Combat Tabata Class, A Full Body Dumbbell Sweat Session, Just Core & Stretch and Relax

We leave no body part unworked every week. You will get fitter and stronger. Each class is either 30 or 45 minutes.  I’ll give lower impact options if you need them - it’s your workout so you’re in control. I like to finish each session on a high but we’ll warm up and cooldown together and I’ll play some pumping tunes to help you work hard and have fun.

If you can’t join me live I’ll be sad 😞 but you’ll be able to catch up in your own time later in the day - yay!

You’ll just need yourself, a little space, a sweat towel and a drink. On Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings we’ll use some light - medium heavy dumbbells for our full body dumbbell sweat sesh.
