I graduated from the Northern Ballet School as a professional dancer in 2018, and have worked in some of Europe’s biggest venues.

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and amidst professional dancing contracts, I decided to pursue it. I was the first trained BalletBums instructor – a ballet infused HIIT combination.

I specialise in mobility, helping individuals and professional athletes with mobility and body control, alongside teaching a range of classes and being a PT.

My classes vary in style, but they all leave my members feeling revived & accomplished, be that from just turning up, or by giving it every fibre of their being.

Not all of my classes are ballet infused; I teach strength, HIIT & mobility classes – something for everyone.

The purpose of my classes is to teach my members to execute movements & also allow them to realise why they are moving their bodies and why particular forms of movement will help with their fitness goals & mental resilience.
