Namaste! I’m a yoga student/teacher, sound healer & light worker.

I travelled for 2 years, finishing in Rishikesh, India.

I saw the woman I wanted to be and flipped a switch in my mind through the practice of yoga & living by the 8 limbs. To love the skin in which I live; to truly LIVE, not EXIST.

This philosophy is echoed in my practice. Through the power of voice, internal dialog, sound, energy & movement, I’m grateful to lead you in the journey back to your true self.

For me, the most amount of growth came with a full integration of flow, stillness & grounding into spiritual & authentic practice.

I appreciate that life is busy, so if you have 10 mins or 75 mins, there is something for you.

I’ll be hosting group healing & soul ascension sessions, meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama & flow classes.

You’ll have access to live sessions and to my on-demand database. With 6 sessions a week, there’ll always be something for you when you come to the mat.
