I am a newly qualified personal trainer and I’ve fallen in love with online classes.

Lockdown has hit many of us hard but I have been amazed at what people can achieve with little to no equipment.

I have always had a passion for all things health and fitness and have taken a massive step and dropped everything to follow that passion.

I am determined to share my love for fitness with as many people as I can by making it enjoyable and accessible for everyone!
