With my passion for fitness and my knowledge within the industry, I will always endeavour to help you reach your goals and bring out the better version of yourself.

I will bring a variety of different classes, always ensuring a hard workout that allows all abilities to participate.

My classes include Fight Fit, Spin, HIIT, Fab Abs and Body Sculpt.
