I’ve been into fitness from a young age, and I’ve been a fitness trainer for 15 years in London, Dubai & now Dorset.

I’ve done courses including Kettlebells, Olympic Weightlifting, Boxing, Circuits, PT, Bootcamps, Pre & Postnatal and I’m currently doing a Level 4 course in Injury Rehab.

I now know my purpose is to help others gain confidence & uplift them through fitness. It’s such a powerful way to lift someone, physically & mentally, and I love being trusted with that process by others.

I have a wealth of knowledge & experience and I’m confident I can give anyone a good workout at any level or ability!

As a DJ, too, I love music, so my classes are always lively and music plays a big role.

I mash up all the things I’ve learnt over the years to create tough, fun workouts. If you want to get strong and see your body shape change, my workouts are for you!

It really makes me feel proud when members do well and you are let off that journey with them.
