Instructor Profile

Hi, I’m Laura. I am a qualified personal trainer and life coach. It is my mission to help you to become the very best version of yourself and to live the life you always dreamed of but thought wasn’t possible.

I do this by combining my unique combination of fitness and mindset work. You can expect fun, lively class, where you’ll work hard and concentrate on your form. As well as Q&As and mindset classes to help you make fitness a lifestyle and lead a life you love. Oh and with the best community there is!

Each week we will have 7 classes. 1 Mindset Class, 1 Q&A and 5 fitness classes per Mon-Sat. The fitness classes will range from resistance training, cardio and all including a mindfulness cool down at the end.

Membership Details

Your membership will give you access to all live classes by Laura each week. All live classes are available on demand for 2 weeks after recording, so if you can’t make the live class, you can catch up later that day.

What Equipment Will I Need?
Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Short Resistance Bands, or just a rucksack filled with water bottles! I can help you with whatever you’ve got and amend exercises depending on your equipment available!
Live Class Times

Monday 6.00pm Upper Body Focused (60 mins)

We kick the week off with an upper body focused strength session. This is a slower workout where we make sure we have plenty of time under tension.

Tuesday 7.00am Lower Body Focused (60 mins)

Here we’re looking at building and toning! A lot of emphasis on form and don’t worry if you don’t have heavy weights there will be lots of way we will make this just as effective as leg day in the gym!

Wednesday 12.30pm Functional Fitness (60 mins)

Here we’re getting sweaty with weights! Think cardio but weighted! This is where it gets good!

Wednesday 6.00pm Q&A session (60 mins)

Ask me all of your questions, whether it be fitness, nutrition or mindset!

Thursday 12.30pm Full Body Tone (60 mins)

Here we will be working the full body combining lower body and upper body moves, getting you a great full body workout!

Friday 12.30pm Booty & Abs (60 mins)

Let’s grow those peaches! And boys… don’t be put off by this class – our glutes are one of our biggest muscle groups and they will help you with your squats/deadlifts and so much more so don’t think that this is for girls only…I bet you struggle to keep up!
