Hi, I’m Laura. I am a qualified personal trainer and life coach. It is my mission to help you to become the very best version of yourself and to live the life you always dreamed of but thought wasn’t possible.

I do this by combining my unique combination of fitness and mindset work. You can expect fun, lively class, where you’ll work hard and concentrate on your form.

As well as Q&As and mindset classes to help you make fitness a lifestyle and lead a life you love.

Each week we will have 7 classes. 1 Mindset Class, 1 Q&A and 5 fitness classes per Mon-Sat.

The fitness classes will range from resistance training, cardio and all including a mindfulness cool down at the end.

You can do this at any time by visiting your “Member Account” and cancelling your membership there.

I was surprised on how much of Laura’s program is so personal and detailed, built to compliment each individual’s life. I absolutely love the workouts, having the balance between a challenge but also something I feel confident I can achieve each week. As they gradually get more intense I can feel, (and see) my body changing and adapting to the level of fitness required, giving me such a sense of satisfaction and motivation to continue week to week.
