Hi, I’m Laura Ellen and I’ve been a fitness and wellbeing instructor for 8 years. My love of all things wellbeing started back in 2012 when I landed a fitness instructors position in Corfu, from there I have travelled the world working in resorts teaching exercise to music, water fitness, yoga and pilates to name a few. I later trained in india to gain my 200hr Yoga and Meditation qualification, this was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to share this knowledge with my wonderful community.
My classes will be packed with positive energy and fun along with knowldge and guidence. The classes will be for all abilities and I strive on having my classes inclusive of whether you’re a beginner in fitness or have been training for a while. Each week we will have 5 classes, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 7pm, with a mixture of Yoga Flows, Meditations, Stretch/Fascia Stretch and Childs Yoga classes.
