Hello, my name is Kirsty and I am a trained dancer and fitness instructor of many years.
I teach classical ballet, Barre and Pilates with a focus on low impact fitness.
I will be teaching 6 classes a week. Monday-Friday at 8am and Saturday at 9am.
My classes include: Pilates, Low impact Cardio, Pure Core, Tone & Condition, Stretch, and Ballet Barre.

What Equipment Will I Need?
Pilates Mat, Pilates Bands, Chair
Live Class Times
Monday 9am Pilates. This is a class designed to improve strength and flexibility for the entire body. A great way to start your week. (45 mins)
Tuesday 8am Low impact Cardio. A fun energizing class, to give you a sweat, kinder on your joints with the same effects as high impact. (30 mins)
Tuesday 6pm Classical Barre (45mins)
Wednesday 9.30am Pure Core. It is what it says, working your core, it’s a tough one but you’ll love the benefits! (30 mins)
Wednesday 10.15am Butt Crunch. Does what it says on the tin! (15 mins)
Thursday 8am Time to stretch. Medicine for the body and mind (30 mins)
Thursday 6pm Pilates Balance (45min)
Friday 8am Legs, Bums & Tums. Sculpt your body by working all your muscle groups, you’ll feel the burn! (30 mins)
Saturday 10am Ballet Barre. A modern take on a classical ballet barre, the most amazing workout for your legs and core. My passion is ballet and never underestimate the strength of a ballerina! (45 mins)
