Hello, my name is Kirsty and I am a trained dancer and fitness instructor of many years.
I teach classical ballet, Barre and Pilates with a focus on low impact fitness.
I will be teaching 6 classes a week. Monday-Friday at 8am and Saturday at 9am.
My classes include: Pilates, Low impact Cardio, Pure Core, Tone & Condition, Stretch, and Ballet Barre.
