I’ve been working as a PT & Fitness Coach for several months delivering 1:1 & group classes, but my experience stretches far before that.

Holding a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, I started working in fitness during University. I experienced an excellent S&C regimen first hand being a scholar-athlete.

I further built my knowledge & skills by completing several fitness & coaching accreditations, including TRX coaching, a Kettlebell’s & the Basic PRO Coach certification.

I decided to pursue fitness as a career because it’s something I feel comfortable with and have experienced the huge benefits from. I believe that incorporating exercise into our lives can go a long way, reaping both mental and physical benefits.
