Hello beautiful people! My name is Kip, I’m a fitness instructor, and life lover living in London. My journey of fitness and movement has taken me from football to gymnastics, yoga to karate. One of my proudest physical achievements is a black belt in Shotokan karate at age 16.
I have come to appreciate dance and music as a form of movement and expression which I find unbeatable as a mood lifter and source of community. I believe we are here to explore and experience life to the fullest.
These accessible classes are designed to make you strong and fit whilst having the most fun possible. You will build strength through challenging bodyweight movements and build creativity and mental playfulness through freestyle dance. We have the best playlists you’ve ever heard in a workout, filled with eclectic music from around the world, sure to make you want to shake and groove!
Think of it as a dance party where you also build muscle and get leaner, stronger, and more mobile by the week.
