Hi, I’m Kevin and I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years.

I specialise in biomechanics which means knowing how the body works in everyday movement as well as sports, from joint movement and muscular contraction.

As part of the TRX UK Master trainers team, we have to make sure that exercises are performed correctly and that people know and understand the foundational movements.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously, with an element of cardio.

Functional Movement HIIT is a class that will get participants to move their body in everyday movements with the element of HIIT training or an AMRAP.

These movements will challenge the body in different plains of motion to make you feel like no movement is an issue.
