I have been instructing group classes for 5 years and I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 3 years.

I specialise in strength-based training and kickboxing.

I love to help people feel good about themselves through the power of exercise. I want to help people and to be able to change someone’s day by making them see their own potential.

My classes are a non-judgmental space to feel empowered.

You will learn new things and hone in on existing skills. We are a community and a team and we support everyone’s wins – big or small!

The classes are challenging but not grueling and will always make you smile through the sweat!
