Hello Everybody! My name is Jasmine, and I began my journey in the fitness industry as a young 21 year old in Canada where I first started working as a fitness instructor.

For the last 10 years I have trained mainly calisthenics and while I may be pint sized, now in my 40s, this little pint packs a lot of knowledge and experience to help you in your fitness journey, giving you the tools you need to get stronger, fitter and healthier while balancing all of this with the life you want to live.

I will be running three Calisthenics classes a week. Calisthenics just happens to be the fancy word for Bodyweight Training.

Each class will work the full body but the two main features will always be on strengthening your pull up and push up muscles. If you have a pull up bar, set that baby up. If you do not have one available, not to worry.

Various back strengthening exercises will be provided and all you will need is either a resistance band or a towel.
