I have been an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2014.

I was teaching Boot Camp style classes in the Pushlab studio in NYC, where I also offered one-on-one training.

I work with all types of people with different goals. Growing up I played table tennis, did gymnastics, swimming and a variety of dancing.

Exercise is my passion and I love motivating others to find their limits and push themselves beyond it.

I love the energy in the classes, when everyone is working on their goals and becoming stronger and stronger each time!

I’m a very nice person except when I train 😉 But I’ll make sure your form is correct and I will give you a nice sweat – and you will feel your muscles after!
