I have always had a passion for movement. Growing up as a dancer, I was constantly creating & flowing. I fell in love with yoga while travelling, as it helped me overcome anxiety and boost my confidence.

In Bali, I completed Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Since, I have delved into the power of crystals & meditation, complimenting my yoga practice and upgrading my wellbeing & spirituality.

I believe everyone is placed on this earth for a purpose – mine is to share my light with you all.

This platform is a space for you to become the best version of yourself. Classes range from beginner to intermediate, including Vinyasa & Yin Yoga. I aim to make each practice fluid, fun & creative.

There’s space for mistakes, wobbles & falls, for you to build confidence & grow stronger in your practice. Membership incudes meditations, moon ceremonies, workshops & more.
