I’ve been in the industry for 9 years, since gaining my Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
Along with that, I have qualifications in sports nutrition, kettlebells, gym-based boxing, group exercise and exercise to music.
There’s a lot of misinformation in the industry and I believe in putting the right information out there based on scientific principles rather than personal opinion.
I choose to teach classes in the health and fitness industry because the benefits are endless.
