I’ve always been passionate about health & fitness, nutrition, holistic & alternative therapies & the environment.

I’ve spent most of my life in the gym, doing Zumba, kettlebells or running!

I started teaching Yoga after travelling to India to do Yoga Teacher training. I’m passionate about women’s health, and qualified in Pregnancy Yoga & Yoga for Menopause.

I learned so much about myself through Yoga and believe that connecting with people is what makes you a better teacher. I love my job!

My classes are suitable for all levels, for men & women. I welcome everyone to my classes and online community!

I teach all forms of Hatha Yoga including the physical postures (asana) breathing exercises (pranayama) & meditation, with a sprinkle of Yogic philosophy.

I also teach slow & mindful Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation known as Yogic sleep.

I believe that Yoga is for everybody I strive to make my classes as inclusive & accessible as possible.
